Two and a half years since it opened, 421 continues to take increasing market share and with 12 month turnover growth of 11.7% it was the strongest centre in Eurocommercial’s Swedish portfolio. The ICA Maxi hypermarket grew at 17.7% and the performance of the fashion stores (H&M, KappAhl, Lindex, Cubus and Dressmann) was also pleasing at +5.6%.
