Bergvik had a steady 12 months in terms of retail sales which were only marginally negative at -2.2% with sport being the outperformer at +3.9%. Further lease renewals and relettings secured the highest rental growth in the portfolio at 7.6% and included a new record rent for the centre when Vila took a 135m2 unit at a rental uplift of 70%.
